Purposeful Creation
God created this earth with such incredible intention. He planned out every detail of our world, our lives, and us before He even began. He also has more plans for a kingdom yet to come!
When he created the world, He had a unique purpose for everything in it. He created the ground and soil to produce vegetation. He created the sun, moon, and stars to be a light source. He created animals to roam the earth and humans to govern them. He intentionally created Adam as male and Eve as female. He created them for each other, to be partners, companions, and friends. He created everything for a purpose.
When God made the sun and the moon, the Bible says that they were great lights; the greater light was to govern the day and the lesser one to govern the night. If even the sun and the moon have such as divine purpose, how certain can we be that we have a thorough and thought-out calling as Jesus' family.
The interesting thing is that this calling can't be fulfilled at any time. It shouldn't be accomplished whenever we want it to. We look to God for His direction and guidance because He knows the perfect timing. Just as the sun's timing is to shine for us during the day, and the moon and stars at night, we are to shine at the time God is calling us to. This is how God desired for it to be, therefore it is the best way.
We can trust that as everything else in the entire world, universe, galaxy, and all other realms, God has a divine plan, a unique calling, and a greater purpose for us and our lives. He is our Master, our Creator. We will obey Him. We will trust Him.
