Deeply Nourished

God is so good at keeping us spiritually fed and deeply nourished. With His help, we are able to experience the fullness of a relationship with Him. Our hearts are able to be truly satisfied, completely fulfilled, and entirely whole. But this is only possible through Jesus - there is no other way to this kind of peace, happiness, and freedom.

We can count on God to take care of us. Our needs, our troubles, and our lives. We can rely on God to comfort us. Our broken, frail, and deprived hearts. We can trust God to nourish us. Our dependent, lonesome, and longing souls. He will not fail to fill those who seek Him, serve Him, and love Him the best they can. When we desire what is right, pure, and holy, we open up space in our hearts and souls for God to do what He does best - willingly teach us, lavish His love on us, steadily pursue us, divinely transform us, and deeply nourish us. This is what God does, yet we're often not able to see it or witness it for ourselves.

If you are in a place where you don't feel spiritually fed, may I suggest simply asking God to take over. To take all control into His hands. That He would fill you with His peace and joy. Express your concerns to Him - He cares so deeply.

If you do feel spiritually fed and content, I would encourage you to take a minute to thank God for what He has been doing in your heart recently, there is so much purpose behind it!

Wherever you're at with God right now, know that He hasn't forgotten or failed to fulfill a need, prayer, or promise. He is working. When our hearts and souls belong to Him, they are profoundly cherished and deeply nourished.
