Light of Heaven

There is only one light in the world. Only one thing that can quench our thirst. Only one person who can fill us and make us whole. Jesus. The One who experienced darkness, hunger, and thirst. The One who suffered time and time again. He's our light. He's the One our hearts yearn for, because we were created to be filled by Him. Our hearts were designed for an intimate relationship with Him. How glorious!

We long for something greater - to fill the void, close the emptiness within us, and take away the loneliness, and that's Him. We're longing for Jesus, for God, the One true King! He can rescue us from the pain of this world, for He is the Light of Heaven. He came to save us, to set the captives free. There is freedom in His presence. There is freedom in surrendering to Him.

Let the Light of Heaven shine, for all the world to see! He is alive forevermore! Our glorious, majestic Light of Heaven.

Innocent blood shed for us, oh, the sacrifice. We are forever thankful! The Light of Heaven and Earth reigns. He experienced darkness to become The Light. He shows us the path to take - all honour and glory is His.
