The Worry Web
Sometimes we treat God's promises like they're 'not enough'. The fact that Jesus is always with us, has a plan for our lives, and can perfectly orchestrate all the details of that plan should be enough to radically change the way we live! We should be living with the knowledge of these promises, but also with trust of their truths and that trust eliminates all anxiety and fear and worry.
But often times we hold onto that worry, even though it's unnecessary because our brains are wired to think negatively before we think positively. So although the mindset of worry is unhealthy, it's the normal way of processing information (for most of us anyways). But God tells us that we shouldn't worry about tomorrow. He tells us we don't need to stress about our futures. He tells us we don't need to be anxious about anything! Not only does He tell us these things, He also calms our hearts and gives us peace when we're filled with emotions. That's how great our God is.
It's hard to get out of the worry web once you're stuck in it, and the more you give into these negative thoughts, the bigger the web grows, and the more difficult it becomes to change that mindset.
Take the gift of peace that God offers and provides. Let Him change your attitude. Let Him change your life!

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." -Matthew 6:34
