The Mission
When we go about our day with school, work, family, friends, and rest, do we prioritize God's kingdom and God's mission? We are told to "make disciples". That is why we are here on earth. We are in a temporary place designed to be challenging in order to fulfill God's will. The glory of heaven is yet to come. This is not our home. It isn't meant to be comfortable, so if you are living for the convenience, comfort, and the laziness of this world, you need a whole lot more of Jesus.
Although Jesus doesn't promise us an easy life with Him, He promises us a rewarding one. What more could we want than to hear the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant" from God Himself at the end of our lives? What have you accomplished in your life, in light of eternity, that God would be pleased with? Make a list if you feel that would help. What can you still do?
Jesus is closest to those who are on His battlefield, strongly pursuing His mission. He protects those who are giving themselves up for their Saviour. He blesses those who are poor in Spirit and need His help.
Put yourself out there. Live with eternity in mind and desire to please God above all else. Store your treasures in heaven. Don't lose sight of the mission we have here on earth.

"His master said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.'" -Matthew 25:21
