Beyond That Stone Wall
Do you ever feel like there's more to life than what you see? Do you ever wonder what's beyond that stone wall? So strong. So firm. So secure. So impossible. Do you ever feel like you don't laugh enough in one day? Like you don't share enough smiles with strangers? Like you don't love your circumstances as completely as you should?
There's a stone wall holding you back from fully embracing your story, your family, your friends, and your life. There's not an easy way around it but there is a way over it. Often times when troubles come, when we hit a bump in the road and feel we can't keep moving, God provides a way out. He doesn't always take our circumstances away but He does help us get through it and brings us over our circumstances to see it in His perspective.
We don't need to worry and stress quite so much. Look on the bright side! Look for the beauty in your hard times. Are there hidden values? Hidden lessons? Hidden blessings? Maybe this is the way God has decided to teach you an important lesson, or maybe this is God's way of asking you to trust Him.
That stone wall isn't going to be the death of you. Perhaps what's behind it will be if you stay where you are in fear, anxiety, or contentment. You may think you are content with where you are right now, but there is so much more out there for you! Go. Chase after it. Go get what you want. Jump over that stone wall. Don't settle for an okay life. Run to the Lord and make yourself an extraordinary life, with Him. He will deliver you.
