Through the Storm
When the storm is raging and you find yourself lost, not knowing where you are or how you got there, remember that our God is the God that saves, who will never forsake us and will walk with us step by step, through the storm.
Jesus calms the storm. He has done it before and He can do it again. However, He doesn't always. Perhaps instead of calming our storms, He calms us. Instead of changing our circumstances, He changes our hearts. Instead of changing our story, He gives us new eyes to see it differently.
That is our God! The God that never lets us down, never disappoints and who is always faithful! There is no one I'd rather turn to in the midst of a storm than our Loving Father and Precious Friend Jesus.
Although the road may seem dark now, He has a plan. Take heart, God has overcome the world. Although the path may seem long now, rest in the knowledge that your life lies in the safety of our Saviour.
